DELIVERY REGIONS AND ESTIMATED TIMELINES

Our delivery service is available to a wide range of countries and regions, with the exception of the French Southern Territories, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, and U.S. Outlying Islands. Projected timescales for standard delivery. Projected timescales for expedited shipping. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

ORDER MONITORING

Upon dispatch of your purchase, a notification email containing your shipment's tracking details will be sent to you. This includes a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Additionally, you can view your order's current status in the 'order history' section of your account on our website. Be aware that tracking information might take up to 48 hours to appear in the tracking system.  

ORDER DISPATCH AND CONFIRMATION Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by another email notifying you when your order is ready to ship (please check your spam folder if these emails are not visible in your inbox).   It's crucial to provide accurate information at the time of ordering, as we are not liable for any errors or incomplete details such as names, shipping or billing addresses, zip codes, phone numbers, etc., which could lead to delivery failures. Your order should arrive within 6-30 business days from leaving our warehouse. However, due to high demand for some items, there may be occasional delivery delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days from the original purchase date, contact our support team for a full refund, excluding any customer errors in providing shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.   In cases where your tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, please report this to your shipping carrier using the details provided on our Tracking Page. For any further assistance, our customer support team is ready to help.  

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE VELALUNA covers Customs or VAT fees for customers in Europe.   For customers outside Europe, VELALUNA does not bear responsibility for any customs and taxes applied to your order. These additional fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.  

ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS Items in the same purchase may be shipped separately for logistical reasons. They may arrive at different times, so if you don't receive all your items together, rest assured they are on their way.  

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS We promptly begin processing your order upon submission, making it unlikely for us to change or cancel it. Changes are only possible before the order has been prepared for shipping. Once dispatched, we cannot accept alterations. If you need to change your address, please email us immediately, although we can't guarantee modifications for orders already processed for shipping.  

PRODUCT CARE AND DAMAGE SUPPORT At VELALUNA, we understand the importance of your order's safe arrival. While VELALUNA is not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit, we are committed to assisting you in the event of such occurrences. Should you receive a damaged order, we advise contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, our team is here to offer guidance and support in this process. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and the damaged items until your claim is resolved, as they may be required for the claim process.

TIPS: As an esteemed customer, please note that if you require a return or exchange, the round-trip shipping costs will be your responsibility. At VELALUNA, we do not cover any costs associated with returns or exchanges. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
